Use of this website

This website provides information about Paw Sisters Veterinary Clinic and lets you contact us or request an appointment. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the website, copy its content for commercial purposes, or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.

Electronic communications

When you use this website or send us email, WhatsApp, or other electronic messages, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive replies from us electronically. You agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Appointments and cancellations

Our team works hard to give the best service to clients and their pets, which means keeping appointments available when they are needed. Missed appointments mean other pets in need must wait, so we maintain the following cancellation policy. When you register for an appointment, you agree to these terms.

• You may request to cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 72 hours before the appointment date and time.
• Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before the appointment may be transferred to a different date or time.
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not receive a refund or a transfer.
• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and a refund transfer may take up to 14 days to complete.
• Failure to cancel a surgery appointment at least 72 hours in advance may result in a charge of 20% of the surgery service fee to the client account.

Refund policy

Refunds apply only to cancelled appointments in line with the cancellation policy above. Refunds are made to the payment method used at the time of booking.
