REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY. Paw sisters team works very hard to give the best service to the clients and their beloved pets. For this purpose, we must have appointments available when our clients and patients need them. Forgetting to come to an appointment happens on occasion but missed appointments mean other clients and patients in need must wait to be seen.
For this reason, Paw sisters Clinic maintains a cancellation policy:
You may request to cancel your appointment for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the appointment.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
When you register for an appointment, you agree to these terms.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds will be made to the payment solution used initially. A refund transfer might take up to 14 days to be completed.
Failure to cancel surgery appointments at least 72 hours in advance may result in 20% of surgery services fee and reflects to the client account.
REFUND POLICY. Refund is only applicable for the cancelled appointments in compliance with Cancellation Policy.
Electronic Communications
When you use our Site, or send e-mails, and other electronic communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By sending, you consent to receive reply communications from us electronically in the same format and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
