Before your visit
What to expect, and what to have ready.
Once you send your request, our team confirms your appointment by phone or WhatsApp, usually the same day. If your pet needs to be seen urgently, tell us in your message or call the clinic directly — we keep same-day slots for urgent cases and are on call around the clock for emergencies.
Every visit is fear-free. We take our time, handle your pet gently and keep the clinic calm, so the experience is as relaxed as possible for them and for you. If you would rather not use the form, you can always message us on WhatsApp or call 04 259 8688.
