Step 1: Book an Appointment
Book your appointment and share your pet details – breed, age, symptoms, and any relevant history – when you call or book online. This allows our team to prepare the appropriate diagnostic equipment and ensure we make the most of your visit.
Step 2: Home Visit
At your appointment, your vet conducts a full physical examination first, then recommends and collects the samples required – blood, urine, swabs, or skin samples. Our in-house analyser processes most blood results within 20 to 30 minutes. Imaging is performed the same day where indicated.
Step 3: Delivering the Results
Once results are ready, your vet reviews the findings with you clearly and in plain language – explaining what each result means, what it rules out, and what the recommended next steps are. You receive a written summary of findings and the treatment plan before leaving.
