• Book an appointment: share your pet’s breed, age, symptoms, and relevant history when you call or book online, so our team can prepare the right equipment
• Examination and sampling: your vet performs a full physical examination, then collects the samples required, blood, urine, swabs, or skin, with most blood results ready in 20 to 30 minutes and imaging done the same day
• Reviewing your results: your vet explains each finding in plain language, what it means, what it rules out, and the next steps, and you receive a written summary and treatment plan before leaving
